Qld: Three dead in highway accident
BRISBANE, Jan 17 AAP - Three people were killed in a head-on collision on the BruceHighway, north of Brisbane this afternoon.
Police said the accident happened near the northern Eumundi turnoff on the SunshineCoast hinterland.
A spokeswoman said south-bound traffic on the highway was diverted through Eumundi,while north-bound traffic was slowed to a crawl.
